The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after Beriev faced two bankruptcy petitions at once. On September 22, the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region accepted for consideration the application of OOO "Vostokinvestproekt" to declare TANTK bankrupt.
At the same time, the first application from another company was submitted to the court back on August 21, from the company "Millennium-komandirovochnye resheniya".
TANTK named after Beriev ended last year with a loss of about 5 billion rubles. The aircraft plant produces Be-200 amphibians, A-50U AWACS aircraft, and is working on a new model A-100 "Premier".
In December 2025, the Central Bank exempted the enterprise from the obligation to disclose financial information at the request of shareholders.
The aircraft plant's exports collapsed by the end of 2025: the share of export deliveries in the revenue structure decreased from approximately 70% in 2024 to 19% in 2025, but the enterprise intends to continue its financial and economic activities.
