The Arbitration Court of Perm Krai will consider a lawsuit against one of the key enterprises of the Russian aviation industry – ODK – Perm Motors, which produces PD-14 engines for MS-21 aircraft and the PS-90A family. The Stupino Metallurgical Company from the Moscow region demands to recover 401.9 million rubles from the plant.
Court documents show that 358.2 million rubles represent debt for already manufactured and shipped products, and another 43.6 million rubles are the cost of manufactured parts that remain in the supplier's warehouse. The hearing is scheduled for August 25.
Stupino Metallurgical Company specializes in the production of steel, titanium, and aluminum products for the aviation and space industries. Its products are used in the production of aircraft and rocket technology.
ODK – Perm Motors is a serial manufacturer of PD-14 engines. In addition, the enterprise produces PS-90A engines for Il-96, Tu-204, and Tu-214 aircraft, as well as industrial gas turbine units.
