The Russian frigate "Admiral Grigorovich" has been receiving supplies in the North Sea for several months with the help of the old floating workshop PM-82. According to data published after observations by the British military, the auxiliary vessel regularly arrives from the Baltic, providing the ship with supplies during its long stay away from Russian bases.
The use of PM-82 for such tasks is noteworthy because the Project 304/II vessel was built in Poland during the Soviet period and was originally intended to function as a floating workshop, not a full-fledged supply vessel. Nevertheless, it is this vessel that has effectively provided logistical support to the Russian frigate in the North Sea in recent months.
Earlier, "Perviy Tekhnicheskiy" reported that an incident occurred in the English Channel involving a British yacht and a Russian warship. British media reported that the frigate "Admiral Grigorovich," which was located between the Isle of Wight and the coast of Normandy, fired warning shots near a civilian vessel.
