Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Gennady Abramenkov clarified that UZGA is at the stage of writing design documentation for the 19-seat "Osvey". The timing for creating at least a prototype is unknown.

According to the Comprehensive Program for the Development of the Air Transport Industry, it was initially planned to build 158 "Osvey" aircraft by 2030.

However, in February 2026, Rosaviatsiya presented an updated version of the CPGA, in which plans for regional aviation were significantly cut – only 28 LMS-192, which means a 5.5-fold reduction in volume.
