An aircraft manufacturing enterprise involved in the production of Su-57 fighters and promising MC-21 civil aircraft has increased stipends for workers undergoing training. The new conditions have been in effect since June 1 and apply to the personnel training program based at the production site.
This refers to the accelerated training system for future employees at one of the largest aviation plants in the Far East – KnAAZ. The enterprise is expanding its production capacities and, amid high order volumes, is strengthening its own personnel reserve.
The monthly payment for trainees now amounts to up to 90 thousand rubles for the most in-demand professions, including turning and milling training. For other production specialties, the stipend is set at up to 80 thousand rubles. Payments are accrued only for actual training days.
Training takes place directly at the production site and lasts from three to five months. Each trainee is assigned a mentor, and upon completion of the course, graduates receive qualifications and begin working at the enterprise.
