The "Vladimir Zhirinovsky" cruise ship transferred from Baltic Shipyard to Severnaya Verf

The completion deadlines for the PV300VD project vessel have been repeatedly postponed

The mixed-type river-sea cruise passenger ship "Vladimir Zhirinovsky" (PV300VD project) has been transferred from the outfitting quay of the Baltic Shipyard to Severnaya Verf. This was reported by the press service of the St. Petersburg shipbuilding enterprise.

The ship was laid down in 2016 at the Lotos Shipyard in the Astrakhan region. Later, it was named "Pyotr Veliky".

The shipbuilders were supposed to deliver the vessel to the customer, Moscow River Shipping Company, in 2019. However, the completion deadlines were repeatedly postponed.

In 2023, the ship was renamed in honor of politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky. In October 2025, the vessel was towed to the Baltic Shipyard. Its first cruise is planned no earlier than 2026.
