At the Irkutsk Aviation Plant (IAP), workers have brought their ideas to life in order to speed up the production process in the workshops. This was reported in the press service of the enterprise.
For example, the CNC machine operator of workshop 265 Alexey Parygin manufactures aluminum parts for MC-21 aircraft. In the second half of 2025 alone, he made five proposals that are now being actively implemented in production.
Improving the equipment of the workplace, improving the quality of products and reducing the risk of defects in the manufacture of parts are what his ideas are aimed at. The specialist already has new proposals for improvement!
Also, the master of workshop 202 Maxim Kadyrov works in the section for the manufacture of titanium parts. Last year, he submitted six proposals to improve the production process, all of which were implemented.
The master's ideas made it possible to significantly save time and simplify the equipment installation process, thereby facilitating the performance of work tasks.
As a reminder, the Irkutsk Aviation Plant (part of Yakovlev PJSC of Rostec) produces MC-21 civilian airliners, Su-30 series fighters and Yak-130 combat trainers.
In 2025, the plant completed the reconstruction of the main step-down substation. The updated substation will provide all the growing production needs for the serial launch of MC-21 civilian aircraft.
