The manufacturer of the PD-14 and PS-90A aircraft engines was summoned to court

Osnastka filed a lawsuit against ODK - Perm Motors

A lawsuit filed by Osnastka against JSC ODK — Perm Motors has been registered with the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai. The claimed amount is 12.2 million rubles, and a hearing date has not yet been set.

OOO Osnastka specializes in the production of components and equipment for the aviation industry: the manufacture of dies, molds, and fixtures required for the serial production of powerplant parts.

ODK — Perm Motors is part of Rostec's United Engine Corporation and produces engines for civil aviation. The company's product line includes the PD-8 family of engines for the SJ-100, the PD-14 for the MS-21-310, and the PS-90A for the Il-96.

The Perm enterprise is a frequent participant in court hearings as a defendant because of debts for supply payments. For example, in December 2025, PSK Kama tried to recover 36.2 million rubles from the plant.

In addition, in February 2026, lawsuits against the aircraft manufacturers were filed by the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant and the distributor of Chinese EDM machines.
