SJ-100 Completes Certification Tests in Syktyvkar and Returns to Zhukovsky

The crew conducted aerodynamic and air pressure receiver tests at altitude

SJ-100 has completed the certification testing phases in Syktyvkar and returned to Zhukovsky. The crew of the aircraft with tail number 97003 conducted an assessment of aerodynamic adjustments for air pressure receivers in flight. The work was carried out at various altitudes in accordance with the additional certification testing program.

In parallel with the main tasks, specialists checked the reliability and efficiency of key aircraft systems. The data obtained will allow refining the characteristics of the aircraft and bringing it closer to obtaining a full type certificate.

As noted in the aviation industry, such tests play a critical role in ensuring safety and compliance with international standards.

As a reminder, on February 17, the MC-21 and SJ-100 aircraft flew to Syktyvkar, where specialists studied the operation of systems and equipment in harsh northern conditions.
