At the Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after Alekseev (NSTU), an innovative software complex for controlling industrial robots has been developed and patented. The program is designed for various industries where automation of gripping, moving, and positioning of parts and products of various configurations is required.
The software complex has a number of significant differences from similar developments: an integrated command processing system, multi-mode operation within a single program, a built-in mechanics protection system, and the ability to configure and diagnose.
The complex is suitable for a wide range of industrial enterprises, but is especially useful for those who are implementing robotic lines and upgrading equipment as part of import substitution and digital transformation programs. The program controls automated operations on conveyors, assembly of devices and electronic components, work with fragile ampoules and vials, as well as processing and transportation of goods inside workshops.
The complex includes a multi-level input data processing system, real-time algorithms, coordination of a two-servo drive system, integration with industrial protocols, and reliability mechanisms. The creators are confident that their development will help ensure the technological independence of Russian enterprises in the field of industrial robotics.
