The subject of the claim was the failure to fulfill KTZ's obligations. The essence of the claims, as is usually the case in cases involving companies with state participation, is not disclosed.

From the category of the dispute, it can be concluded that the conflict between the parties arose due to a supply agreement, where one of the parties, according to the plaintiff, did not fulfill its obligations in full or fulfilled them improperly.

"Morinsis-Agat-Kip" operates in the field of computer and peripheral equipment production; the company was founded in 2010.

KTZ is a key manufacturer of OK-90A-1 Azurit and OK-17M Mirazh steam turbine units for Project 955 Borei and Project 885M Yasen-M nuclear-powered strategic missile submarines.

In December last year, "Power Machines" tried to recover almost 100 million rubles from the plant due to non-fulfillment of obligations under the contract, but KTZ filed an appeal.
