According to information published by Military Watch Magazine (MWM), the Indian armed forces have expanded their arsenal with dozens of jet-powered loitering munitions delivered from Belarus. According to available data, this concerns the Mirotvorets system, developed by the Minsk company KB Bespilotnye Vertolyoty (trademark UAVHELI). The system was created on the basis of the Berkut-BM aerial target, refitted to carry out strike missions.
The aircraft has a maximum takeoff weight of 46 kg and a wingspan of 2.6 meters. Its turbojet engine provides a speed of up to 450 km/h, while flight endurance reaches 45 minutes. A 10 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead is used as the combat payload, allowing it to effectively engage both stationary and moving targets with high precision.
Such a purchase underscores India's growing interest in high-speed loitering systems, a new generation of weapons actively used in modern armed conflicts. At the same time, official sources do not disclose either the exact number of delivered aircraft or the specific units to which they have been transferred.
