The United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) delivered more than 40 ships and vessels in 2025. This was announced in a New Year's greeting by the corporation's CEO, Andrey Puchkov.
According to him, 2025 was one of the most productive for USC. The corporation has moved from crisis management to systematic development.
The changes in the corporation's work, which began two years ago, are yielding results. USC has reached record rates of order fulfillment for the first time. At the end of 2025, we are delivering an unprecedented number of ships and vessels - more than 40 units.
As a reminder, in 2025, USC completed the construction of the first series of Kotlin-type catamarans, built eight RSD59 project dry cargo ships, and launched the lead liner "Nikolay Zharkov". In addition, thenuclear-powered icebreaker "Stalingrad" - the seventh in the series - was laid down.
The Russian Navy received thefirst combat heavy icebreaker "Ivan Papanin", and several submarines. After a major modernization, the heavy nuclear missile cruiser "Admiral Nakhimov" was put out for sea trials.
Earlier it became known that the cost of building ships in Russia isthree times higher than in China.
