High-class flares continue: Another powerful explosion recorded on the Sun on November 10

The X1.21 flare was recorded at 12:19 Moscow time

A repeated X-class flare occurred on the Sun. This was reported by the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy of IKI and ISZF.

The explosion occurred in the same solar region 4274.

The maximum radiation was recorded at 12:19 Moscow time. The flare measured at the peak was X1.21. Yesterday's event had a score of X1.7, so purely formally this explosion is weaker.

The new flare shows a very slow decline in radiation. This indicates a strong plasma ejection.

Currently, the ejection from yesterday's X-level flare is already spreading towards the Earth. It should arrive on November 11-12.
