The Votkinsk plant has announced the launch of a large-scale project to transition to a new equipment monitoring system. All numerically controlled machine tools will be connected to the system within the next two years.
In total, up to 600 machine tools will be connected to the closed technological computing network. In September 2025, the first 30 CNC machines joined the new monitoring system.
The process will then proceed in stages to complete the full implementation of the new solution in 2027. In parallel, the server equipment required for working with big data will be replaced.
The new system will allow receiving operational data from each unit of equipment and presenting it in a form convenient for analysis: in the form of graphs, charts, and tables with any degree of detail.
