The United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) has announced plans to build a new shipyard on the basis of the existing «Severnaya Verf». This was announced by the General Director of the corporation, Andrey Puchkov.

I think that such projects do not happen often in the world, and for our country in the last, probably, 100 years, this is definitely a unique story. The design of the new shipyard will begin in late 2025 - early 2026.
The new «Severnaya Verf» and the Far Eastern (shipyard), as we believe, will become the framework from which we will begin to reform the industry.
