Польша официально отказалась от советских истребителей Су-22

USSR supplied the republic with about 100 combat aircraft in an export version

The Ministry of Defense of Poland has completely decommissioned Soviet Su-22 fighter-bombers. Such aircraft began to be decommissioned for the first time back in 2014, now they will be completely sent to storage.

According to the plan to update the country's Air Force, the Polish military department will replace all decommissioned Су-22 with ударными беспилотными летательными аппаратами.

The USSR transferred 90 units of Су-22 to Poland, which became part of the first contract for the supply of these aircraft. Poland received variants of Су-22М-4 and Су-22УМ3К aircraft between 1980 and 1985.

Of course, they lasted a very long time. And they would have flown for another 5-7 years, considering that the Poles have long been able to complete the full repair cycle.
