The Central Design Bureau "Neptune", specializing in the design and production of cruise ships and hovercraft, has been declared bankrupt by a decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The bankruptcy proceedings will be in effect until the end of January 2026.

The problems of CCB "Neptune" became public in 2023. At that time, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered 78.2 million rubles from the company in favor of GTLK due to the disruption of a contract worth 2.3 billion rubles. This contract provided for the construction of five hybrid cruise passenger vessels of the PV20S project for the Sevastopol State Unitary Enterprise "Sevelectroavtotrans named after A. S. Krupoderov".
