Rossiya Airlines plans to transport passengers on new MC-21 aircraft only in a single-class "Economy" configuration, without a "Business" class.
This was reported by the Telegram channel Frequent Flyers, citing the airline's latest in-flight magazine.
In the coming years, our airline plans to update its fleet by adding domestically produced MC-21 aircraft without a "Business" class.
The capacity of the import-substituted MC-21 aircraft in the basic modification (MC-21-300) is up to 211 passengers. The maximum take-off weight of the aircraft is 85 tons, and the maximum commercial load is 21.3 tons. The flight range with maximum load is 5000 km.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the modernized Tu-214 aircraft took off for testing over Kazan.
