The Information and Coordination Center of the Ministry of Transport of Russia has published instructions for passengers of Aeroflot flights, which was previously subjected to a hacker attack. You can track the flight status using the "Find Your Flight" QR code in the sterile areas.
You can also track flight status on the online scoreboard of Sheremetyevo Airport and on information boards in airport halls. For cancellation or refund of tickets for flights, you must contact the Aeroflot call center or agents; ticket offices will not be able to help with these issues. Passengers are urged to leave the sterile area, and already registered baggage can be obtained in the baggage claim area.
Rosaviatsiya reports on joint work with the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Aeroflot to organize the rebooking of some passengers from canceled flights to flights of the Rossiya and Pobeda airlines. The Aeroflot team is working hard to resume normal operation of its services.
