Бульдозер D20H от UMG запустили в сериийное производство в Челябинске

The new bulldozer is equipped with a YaMZ engine and a digital control system

The company "Chelyabinsk Construction and Road Machines" (UMG brand) has started mass production of the new D20H bulldozer. The machine belongs to the 12th traction class and is designed to work on soils of category 1–3, and with a ripper — on category 4.

The D20H is equipped with a Russian six-cylinder YaMZ-536 engine with a power of 220 hp and a torque of 1065 N·m. The engine works with an automatic hydrostatic transmission, providing maneuverability, the ability to turn on the spot and increased productivity.

The operating weight of the bulldozer is up to 20.7 tons, without the ROPS system — 20.25 tons. The maximum tractive effort is 300 kN, the maximum forward and reverse speed is up to 11.5 km/h. The width of the tracks varies from 500 to 660 mm with a standard track of 1880 mm, which allows adapting the equipment to different operating conditions.

One of the features of the model is an increased volume blade, which has increased work efficiency. The design uses enhanced protection of the engine-transmission unit: a longitudinal central beam and a V-shaped bottom. The removable ROPS system reduces the weight of the machine and fuel consumption.

The model is equipped with a digital instrument panel with voice notification of errors and a fault registration system. The data is stored in a built-in unit that performs the functions of a "black box."

D20H dimensions: length — 6850 mm (with the blade lowered and the ripper raised), width — 3450 mm, height — 3250 mm. The width along the tracks does not exceed 2440 mm. The volume of the fuel tank is 380 liters. The machine is designed for road, hydraulic, oil and gas and land reclamation works.
