Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Minibaev also stated a serious shortage of personnel in a number of industries. According to him, more than 27 thousand workers are required. Of these, industry accounts for about 31.2%.
Kazan Aviation Plant has planned to build two new productions — a foundry and an enterprise for the production of composite materials, which are critical for the construction of Tu-214 aircraft.
The parent company of PJSC "Tupolev" also produces strategic missile-carrying bombers Tu-160 "White Swan".
