The most scarce professions at the enterprise are operators of numerically controlled machines, turners, welders, fitters of mechanical assembly works, and other workers.
The required number of personnel is not officially disclosed, but it is obvious that it is also in the thousands.
UVZ produces new T-90M tanks in Nizhny Tagil in series and T-14 in single quantities, and also carries out deep modernization of previously produced T-72 to the T-72B3M variant.
