DDR RAM modules from GS Nanotech, part of the GS Group holding, have been included in the Ministry of Industry and Trade's register. The products, developed and manufactured in the Kaliningrad region, successfully passed the examination, scoring 35 points. A key factor was the use of domestic 6th class precision printed circuit boards, the production of which has been established at the factory in Gusev.
The product line is represented by SO-DIMM options (260 contacts, 1024M/2048Mx64 bit configuration) for laptops and monoblocks, and U-DIMM (288 contacts, 2048Mx64 bit) for PCs and workstations.
Both form factors operate at a frequency of 3200 MHz, support a volume of 8, 16 or 32 GB, and comply with the JEDEC JESD-79–4 standard. Unlike competitors, GS Nanotech abandoned the integration of redundant microcontrollers, which reduced costs without sacrificing quality.
Many manufacturers add unnecessary components for the sake of points during certification. We chose a different path - we simplified the design, while maintaining a domestic board and an attractive price
