New KamAZ-65952 dump truck to be tested at the Kovykta field in the Irkutsk region

Special equipment of the K5 generation will transport soil

The Trade and Finance Company (TFC) "KamAZ" has transferred a new KamAZ-65952 all-wheel drive dump truck to JSC "Gazstroyproekt" for testing at the Kovykta field in the Irkutsk region. The K5 generation vehicle will transport cargo. This was reported by the press service of the plant.

The dump truck will be tested for a month in off-road conditions.

Due to the reinforced axles and frame, the KamAZ-65952 has an increased payload capacity (23.5 tons), while the gross vehicle weight is 41 tons.

The vehicle is equipped with a six-cylinder in-line KAMAZ P6 engine with a capacity of 482 hp and a 16-speed manual transmission.

The dump truck can be operated at large infrastructure facilities in the construction sector, in mining and sand quarries. The main features of KamAZ-65952 are high ground clearance, a metal three-section front bumper and all-wheel drive. The car received a comfortable steering wheel and an on-board information system with an integrated touch screen display.
