Поражает цели в 99% случаев: «Высокоточка» раскрыла секрет могущества пусковой установки «Джигит»

Deployment time of "Dzhigit" in combat position is three minutes

The "High-Precision Systems" holding (part of Rostec) has received positive feedback about the "Dzhigit" support-launching unit (SLU) from foreign customers from more than 10 countries who ordered the product under Rosoboronexport contracts.

"Dzhigit" is capable of performing a salvo launch of two MANPADS missiles, which ensures a 99% probability of hitting the target. The unit is designed to launch two "Igla" or "Verba" type missiles on the "fire-and-forget" principle. The SLU provides a guidance angle of 360 degrees in azimuth, and from -15 to +60 degrees in elevation.

The support-launching unit also significantly reduces the physical load on the anti-aircraft gunner due to the fact that the complex does not have to be held on the shoulder. In addition, the "Dzhigit" has a protective awning, which reduces the thermal effect of sunlight during the daytime and facilitates the operator's work.

The product can be on duty in stationary modes. Also, the "Dzhigit" can be installed in the back of a car, disassembled into three parts for carrying by personnel of a military unit. The deployment time in a combat position is three minutes. Reloading time is two minutes.

Due to the installation of an optical night vision sight and other additional equipment, the "Dzhigit" can operate at any time of the day, use external target designation, and identify targets according to the "friend-or-foe" principle.
