Yandex Go has launched a new feature in test mode that allows passengers to file complaints about ride prices directly in the app. Here are the details:

Now, users can specify what exactly raises questions for them: the final amount, price changes due to traffic jams or high demand, as well as the calculation rules. Gradually, this feature will become available to all users.

Yandex emphasizes that the support service will promptly respond to requests, provide explanations on pricing, and offer tips on saving on future trips. In addition, all passenger feedback will be collected and analyzed, which will help develop measures to curb prices in 2025.

Previously, Yandex Go had already improved the app by adding a price breakdown feature, which allows users to see what makes up the cost of the trip: car delivery, base fare, surcharges, and additional options. To view the breakdown and leave feedback on the price, simply click on the ruble icon in the upper left corner of the screen after selecting the fare and route.
