Сократит время строительства вдвое: в Саратове внедрили новую технологию ускоренного строительства фундамента

The technology reduces the number of piles by a factor of three

The Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu. A. (SSTU) has developed and implemented a unique technology for the construction of bored piles. It will significantly simplify the process of building multi-story buildings, the university's press service reported.

The technology for constructing a bored pile in the ground, which has no analogues in Russia, will reduce the production time by half. After successful testing, it was implemented at an enterprise that is one of the leaders in the field of foundation construction.

The new technology has already been tested during the construction of the foundation of one of the residential complexes in the region. Initially, the project planned to use reinforced concrete prismatic piles, which are driven into the ground by indentation with pre-drilling.

As an alternative, it was proposed to revise the foundation project, replacing reinforced concrete piles with bored piles. Thus, the introduction of the new technology at this facility made it possible to reduce the required number of piles by a factor of three due to the greater bearing capacity of the new bored piles.

In the future, the method is planned to be used for the construction of foundations in various soil conditions.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian scientists created a breakthrough technology for the production of concrete.
