In Voronezh, the sale of places in a bunker located in the Teplichny microdistrict has begun. The price of one room in it will cost 10 million rubles. Journalists drew attention to this.
The seller of places in the bunker claims that it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. For example, there is a well with water and filters, a ventilation system and electricity generators. For convenience, there is a kitchen, a warehouse and rooms for staff. Each living room has a wardrobe and a double bed.
Of course, there are downsides. There is no bathroom in the room, only a shower.
The seller also noted plans to build rooms of various sizes, including family options, which will be located under Teplichnaya Street.
