The Cheboksary Plant of Power Aggregates has sent a batch of its "Silant" diesel forklifts with a standard lifting height of 3,000 mm to Transbaikalia.
They are designed for 3 tons of cargo and 5 tons of cargo, and are equally comfortable for the operator in both configurations. The cabin of both forklifts is closed, equipped with air conditioning and a heater with a defroster.
PD 3.0 SILANT Specifications:
- length x width x height – 2,680 x 1,220 mm x 2,120 mm;
- turning radius – 2,480 mm.
PD 5.0 SILANT Specifications:
- length x width x height – 3,270 mm x 1,465 mm x 2,340 mm;
- turning radius – 2,980 mm.
Additional options are also offered to customers: exhaust gas catalyst, spark arrester, and cargo stabilization system.
It was previously reported that a new workshop will be opened in 2025 for the production of "Silants." Currently, 99% of the forklift market in Russia is occupied by Asian companies, and Chuvashia intends to correct this situation by creating a domestic alternative to foreign products.
