The "163rd Armored Vehicle Repair Plant" joint-stock company, which is part of Rostec, has put up for sale a former state farm near the village of Krasnoe in the Krasnodar Territory. A plot of land with an area of two thousand hectares was valued at one billion rubles.
The auction is scheduled for December 16 on the federal electronic platform ETP. Along with the land, the lot includes buildings with a total area of 52.6 thousand square meters, as well as agricultural machinery.
Rostec explained the reason for the sale by saying that these are "non-core assets," and the state farm was not involved in the activities of the armored vehicle plant.
The property complex is located 21 kilometers from the district center in the village of Kushchevskaya and 209 kilometers from the regional center in Krasnodar.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a mobile jammer for enemy FPV drones was developed at Rostec.
