Yandex has released Station Mini 3 — with a new design, LED screen, improved sound, and Alice with the YandexGPT neural network. The new speaker can connect devices with Matter over Wi-Fi and control smart home devices via Wi-Fi.
Users will be able to edit reminders and alarms in the "House with Alice" application, give the assistant two commands at the same time, and receive personalized weather forecasts.
<b>New Design </b>
Station Mini 3 has a soft, seamless form. The top panel with touch buttons has been made slightly convex to make it convenient to switch tracks with a swipe, adjust the volume, or pause the music by touching the logo.
The LED screen can display not only the time and air temperature, but also Alice's emotions. For example, if you compliment her or say "Alice, show your eyes!", she will wink from the screen. The speaker is currently available in black, gray, and lilac.
<b>Improved Sound </b>
The new speaker sounds cleaner and more powerful than the previous generation Station Mini. This is made possible by a more powerful speaker and an increased acoustic volume — 12 watts instead of the previous 10.
<b>New Alice Features</b>
The virtual assistant can now be given two commands at the same time: for example, "Alice, turn on the TV and lower the blinds" or "Alice, start the vacuum cleaner and turn off the music." You no longer need to wait for the assistant to execute one command before giving another.
Alarms and reminders set by voice using the assistant are now displayed in the "House with Alice" application. They can be deleted and edited, new ones can be added, and you can specify on which devices they should be activated.
For example, you can make the alarm go off only in the bedroom, and the reminder — on all speakers. It is also now possible to set several alarms at once.
Alice can provide a personalized weather forecast with important information for the user. This can include lunar phases, atmospheric pressure, humidity, UV index, wind speed and direction. You can customize the weather forecast in the "House with Alice" application.
The third generation Station Mini costs 9990 rubles. It can be purchased on Yandex Market, in Citilink, Ozon, DNS, Eldorado and M.Video.
