The Kolomna Plant has sent 20 16-36DG engines to BelAZ, the largest Belarusian manufacturer of construction equipment, for a pilot batch of 220-ton payload dump trucks.
The first BELAZ-75304 dump truck with a Russian 16-36DG engine with a capacity of 1700 kW was sent for testing to the Krasnobrodsky open-pit mine in the summer of 2023. Currently, the company has assembled 3 more dump trucks, which are undergoing factory testing in the Minsk region.
16-36DG — is a medium-speed eight-cylinder diesel generator developed by employees of the TMH Engine Building Engineering Center and the Kolomna Plant. It is expected that Russian enterprises will continue to supply engines to Belarus under the previously signed strategic agreement.
