One of the most sought-after unmanned remotely controlled multipurpose tracked complexes in the engineering and motorized rifle units of the Russian Armed Forces is the "Ugra".
The weight of the platform without additional payload is 450 kg, payload capacity is 500 kg, and the speed is up to 20 km/h.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev noted that one of the standard modifications of the "Ugra" is a remotely controlled tracked engineering demining platform with a Rubikon-RTK roller mine trawl weighing 690 kg and a width of 1360 mm for the formed passages in minefields.
The speed of making passages in minefields is 5 km/h with an effective range of the command and telemetry control channel of 5 km.
The "Ugra" is also capable of performing evacuation tasks and fire support tasks after being equipped with turret machine gun systems and remotely controlled combat modules of the Konkurs-M and Kornet ATGM systems.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a batch of assault Courier robots was sent to the Russian army. They can be used to transport goods or as a mine transporter.
