A neural network for recruiting employees in messengers and social networks has been created at the St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI". This was reported by the press service of the university.
The development will help HR specialists quickly find highly specialized professionals from various fields.
The process of searching for candidates is complicated by the fact that there are many platforms on the Internet and social networks that contain a huge number of resumes and other data about potential applicants. Monitoring, collecting and studying this information is a complex analytical task that takes a lot of time. Artificial intelligence will help here.
The search system is based on a neural network model. It analyzes and structures the resumes of specialists, and also uses algorithms for preliminary selection of candidates.
The neural network was trained on an open dataset. During the experiments, data from companies considering becoming clients of the service were used. The developers conducted surveys among the target audience to better understand the main needs and difficulties faced by companies in the field of personnel management.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a program based on AI was created in St. Petersburg.
