VTB has become the first Russian bank to test service in 13 languages. This was announced by Georgy Gorshkov, Deputy President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board, during the Eastern Economic Forum.
So far, our list includes 13 of the most popular languages, which is especially relevant for the Far East. We will monitor their demand in the future and make a decision on the development of the project.
Interaction with clients is carried out using an online translator built into the phone. Hindi, Chinese, English, Korean, Arabic, Nepali, Pakistani, Uzbek, Tajik, Spanish, French, German, and Azerbaijani languages are already available for communication. Over time, their list is planned to be expanded.
So far, the geography of the pilot project includes 12 VTB offices from Moscow to the Far East. The testing involves branches in Moscow, Blagoveshchensk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Chita, and in the Trans-Baikal Territory.
