A disadvantage has been eliminated in the new Russian man-portable anti-tank missile system (ATGM) "Fagot". The new complex has received remote control.
Thanks to the modernization, the operator can be at a safe distance from the ATGM at the time of firing.
Our group is always ready. An order came in - we went out, worked, left. Delay is like death, because the return fire works. So we work quickly, like a rapid response team.
In addition, the tactics of using anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) themselves have changed significantly. If earlier they were mainly used against armored vehicles, now the targets are dugouts and all kinds of shelters.
Here is the missile, but in order to launch it, the weapon must be deployed at a fairly short distance from the enemy, and then also control the flight, constantly being near this tube. The shooter becomes an easy target in these minutes. Now, with the "Fagot" ATGM with remote control, this disadvantage has been eliminated.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Russia developed the latest complex for combating swarms of drones and FPV drones. During the tests, the product showed high efficiency against both single drones and group drone attacks.
