Проанализирует резюме соискателей работы: в Санкт-Петербурге создали программу на основе ИИ

OCEAN-AI library will assess candidates' personal qualities using a neural network

A computer program based on artificial intelligence (AI) has been developed at the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It will analyze job applicants' resumes based on video, audio, and text information.

The AI will calculate a numerical coefficient from zero to one for different psychological categories (extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, predisposition to negative emotions). Then they will be compared with the specified indicators of the recruiter.

We have developed the OCEAN-AI library, which, using neural network models, allows us to assess five main personal qualities that characterize a person's psychological portrait. Today, they are actively used by HR specialists.

The development will help improve the personnel selection process. The program can also be adapted for a number of other tasks.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a program to help in the selection of fresh fruits was developed in Russia.
