The Russian Navy will receive 12 warships by the end of 2024, according to Navy Commander-in-Chief Admiral Alexander Moiseev.
According to this year's plan, we will implement a program of 50 different ships, vessels, and boats. The main ones are 1st rank ships, long-range maritime zone ships, as well as nuclear submarines. This year, we expect to receive 12 such units.
According to him, among them is the nuclear submarine cruiser of project 955A "Borei-A" "Knyaz Pozharsky." By the end of 2024, it is also planned to complete the testing of small missile ships that are being tested in the Caspian Sea and the Baltic Sea, after which they will be accepted into the Navy.
It is very important to note that we plan to complete the construction and testing of patrol ships, including ice-class ships. Among them are four submarines, two of which are nuclear.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a small missile ship (MRK) "Stavropol" was launched in Tatarstan. It became the twelfth and last ship of Project 21631 "Buyan-M."
