The Admiral inspected the heavy twin-engine Altair UAV in protective coloring

During a trip to Tatarstan, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, visited the Kazan Aviation Plant named after S. P. Gorbunov. He was shown the heavy twin-engine Altair UAV (Altius-RU) in protective coloring, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

As explained in the press service of the defense department, Moiseev inspected the production facilities of enterprises included in the Russian defense industry. He also visited the Zelenodolsk Plant named after A. M. Gorky, where he held meetings with shipbuilders and aircraft manufacturers.

The Admiral noted that defense industry enterprises closely cooperate with the military command bodies of the Main Command of the Russian Navy. This helps to comply with the implementation schedules of contracts as part of the state defense order.
