Более 200 испытаний: Ростех объяснил, почему задерживается сертификация импортозамещенного самолета SJ-100

Tests are conducted on the ground and in the air

The import-substituted SJ-100 passenger aircraft must pass more than 200 different tests in order to obtain Rosaviatsiya certification. Airlines are not allowed to operate an aircraft without certification, Rostec reported.

SJ-100

Tests are usually carried out over several years, including:

  • design
  • laboratory
  • bench
  • "iron bird" stand tests
  • "electronic bird" stand tests
  • mathematical modeling
  • flight tests
Superjet

This number of tests is due to safety considerations. All units are checked on the ground, and then in the air with the participation of test pilots.

Superjet

The basic Superjet aircraft, developed by UAC, has passed the entire complex of tests. Currently, more than 160 aircraft are operated by Russian airlines.

Superjet

The import-substituted SJ-100 is only undergoing certification. It differs from the basic version in the presence of Russian components: engines, landing gear, control system, hydraulics. The designers have slightly changed the fuselage.

Import-substituted components will be tested as part of the tests, the results of which will be оформят as an addition to the Superjet aircraft certificate.

Earlier it was reported that deliveries of SJ-100 are scheduled for 2026.
