MTS AI (MTS Artificial Intelligence Center Limited Liability Company), which is a subsidiary of the MTS group, plans to start testing its own neural network (Large Language Model, LLM - approx. www1.ru). It is expected that testing will take place within the framework of services related to customer service.
It is known that LLM will be able to search for information in the user knowledge base, extract data from telephone conversations.
According to MTS AI CEO Dmitry Markov, the company has already launched three pilot projects related to the large language model in one of the CIS cities. The development has attracted the attention of Russian banks and job search services, MTS AI emphasized.
The LLM boom in Russia began after the launch of the American company OpenAI's ChatGPT neural network. Large IT companies from Russia subsequently launched their own services, including Shedevrum (Yandex) and Kandinsky (Sber).
MTS AI is engaged in the development of advanced areas related to artificial intelligence. In particular, TenVision (video surveillance and face recognition system), Audiogram (speech recognition and synthesis).
