AvtoVAZ revealed the salary level of factory workers. The average income of an employee in the metallurgical shop is 110 thousand rubles. This was stated by Alexander Ermolaev, director of the cast iron foundry and forging production (PCHLP), during a visit by an Autonews ru correspondent to the Lada machine-building site in Tolyatti.
Masters at the enterprise earn 120–130 thousand rubles. At the same time, highly qualified employees can reach an income of about 400 thousand rubles. For this, they have to work about 300 hours a month.
The situation with salaries at AvtoVAZ
The average salary of all AvtoVAZ personnel in the first half of 2026 was 91,794 rubles. This is nominally 3.17 times more than in 2016 (when it was 28,939 rubles).
Since July 1, 2026, an indexation has taken place at the enterprise: tariff rates and salaries have increased by 5% for all categories of employees.
