Wherever you go, in every province where there is a tractor, it is most likely a BELARUS. If you look at the machinery on my farm – most of it is Belarusian-made.
Emmerson Mnangagwa, President of Zimbabwe

According to him, Belarusian machinery is very popular because manufacturers offer favorable conditions for purchases. Mnangagwa stated that he is very grateful to his colleague Alexander Lukashenka for this.

We also have agricultural machinery from other countries, but Belarusian definitely dominates.

The President of Zimbabwe admitted that he grew up in a family of farmers. On weekends, he works on his own farm with his relatives. The head of state boasted that his fleet of agricultural machinery includes 2 BELARUS tractors.

Zimbabwe is considered one of the key markets for MTZ in Africa. In 2026, the enterprise planned to supply about 6 thousand tractors to the continent. These are mainly BELARUS-82.1 and more powerful models, adapted to climatic conditions, with an enhanced cooling system and special filters.
