M.Video has started using Magnit's pickup points for delivering its online orders. This involves approximately 5,000 points in 24 regions that previously operated within the infrastructure of the virtually closed Magnit Market.
For M.Video, this significantly expands its own logistics. Currently, the company has about 850 of its own points, another 15,000 partner points through Yandex Market, 5,500 through SDEK, and about 2,800 parcel lockers. The new network will cover Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar and Perm Krais, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, and other regions.
Magnit Market, created on the basis of KazanExpress, announced in the summer the closure of its website and application and a transition to an "extended shelf" format within the retail network. M.Video, on the other hand, continues to develop its own marketplace, launched in the autumn of 2025.
Experts believe that using a ready-made network of pickup points is more profitable than building one from scratch. However, it will be difficult for the company to directly compete with Wildberries and Ozon: its strong suit is expensive electronics and large appliances, where consultations, delivery, warranty, and service are important.
