Issue, deliver, connect: M.Video reconfigures pickup point format

The company plans to open at least 5,000 partner locations by the end of 2026

M.Video plans to open at least 5,000 partner pickup points across Russia by the end of 2026. Currently, the company has about 400 such points, so many online orders are received by customers through partner networks, including Yandex Market, SDEK, and 5Post.

The new pickup points are expected to offer broader capabilities than standard pickup locations. The company anticipates that they will be able to handle not only small orders but also bulky goods – household appliances, electronics, and furniture. Additionally, courier delivery services are planned to be developed based on these locations.

In addition to order pickup, partner pickup points are intended to be transformed into "last-mile" service centers. Point owners will be able to participate in organizing assembly, installation, connection of equipment, and other additional services, earning not only from issuing orders but also from customer service.

Our goal is to open up infrastructure for entrepreneurs and give them the opportunity to earn not only from order fulfillment but also from additional services, logistics, and customer service.
Sergey Anufriev, M.Video Project Director

Applications for opening partner points are already being accepted. M.Video believes that entrepreneurs may be attracted by the format with bulky goods, additional services, and higher remuneration for issuance compared to the pickup points of major marketplaces. Against this backdrop, the company is actively developing its own marketplace: in the first quarter of 2026, its turnover grew by 217% year-on-year and reached 7.45 billion rubles.
