The Voronezh Aircraft Plant (part of PAO "Il") needs new employees for production. A vacancy for a 5th-6th grade lathe operator with a proposed salary of 125 thousand rubles has been published on recruiting websites.
The responsibilities include performing turning operations on universal and specialized lathes. The applicant must also be able to independently control the quality of manufactured parts.
VASO clarified that work will be performed on Soviet 16K20 and 1K62 machines, which were built from 1956 to 1971.
The aircraft plant also promises a full package of social benefits, including housing rental compensation, medical insurance, paid vacation, and sick leave.
VASO is the only site in Russia for the serial production of the Il-96-400M, which does not attract interest from airlines.
