Voronezh Concern "Sozvezdie" filed a large claim against JSC "Uralvagonzavod" in a case concerning a defense order. The application has already been registered in the card index of the Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk Oblast.
The amount of the claim is 163 million rubles. The date of the case hearing has not yet been set.
Representatives of "Sozvezdie" noted that the fulfillment of the State Defense Order is the basis of their relationship with JSC "Uralvagonzavod".
Referring to the arbitration court to resolve disagreements is an absolutely normal and standard practice.
"Uralvagonzavod" is Russia's main manufacturer of T-90M "Proryv", T-80BVM, and T-72B3M tank lines. The company is often sued in commercial cases. There have been so many of them that "Perviy Tekhnicheskiy" collected them in a large article.
Recently, UVZ itself demanded in court to terminate an agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade on state support for technological developments.
