Russia to Officially Sell Su-57 to Several Countries in 2026

Rosoboronexport announced new contracts for 5th-generation fighters

Russia has signed new contracts for the supply of 5th-generation Su-57E fighters to foreign customers. Deliveries of the combat aircraft are set to begin in 2026, announced Alexander Mikheev, head of Rosoboronexport.

Rosoboronexport's order portfolio currently includes several contracts for the supply of this aircraft. The fulfillment of obligations is planned to begin in 2026.

Unfortunately, Mikheev did not specify which countries are involved. So far, media reports have mentioned possible deliveries to Algeria, India, and Kazakhstan.

Previously, the head of the exporting company indicated that Russia's portfolio also includes agreements for the modernized Yak-130M combat trainer and the Il-78MK-90A tanker aircraft. Overall, he stated that interest has shifted towards combat aviation and air defense systems.
