The United Aircraft Corporation (OAK, part of Rostec) expects to assemble 6 Il-114-300 aircraft in 2028, and then gradually increase production. This was announced by Daniil Brenerman, Managing Director of "Il", on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).
In 2028, we are to produce 6 aircraft, and then 9 and 12, if I'm not mistaken, and eventually reach a production of 12 aircraft per year.
According to him, after the certification of the Il-114-300, the "Il" company received many applications for aircraft from airlines from the Far East, Siberia, and the European part of Russia.
Rosaviatsiya issued a type certificate for the regional passenger aircraft Il-114-300 in June 2026.
The State Transport Leasing Company (GTLC) and JSC "2nd Arkhangelsk United Aviation Detachment" signed an agreement on the supply of 3 aircraft on the sidelines of the SPIEF. The aircraft will fly on 11 routes, including from Arkhangelsk to Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Syktyvkar, Solovki, St. Petersburg, and Apatity.
GTLC also noted that, preliminarily, the demand for Il-114-300 from carriers is estimated at 40 units. This refers to the renewal of the fleet of regional airlines "Aurora", "KrasAvia", "IrAero".
